WebKraft Return/Refund Policy
· All in stock items purchased may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 DAYS of purchase date. All original boxes, packing materials, disks and instructions must be returned in good condition with the item. Items returned in this manner are eligible for a refund or replacement. Un-opened items are eligible for a full refund within the 30 day period. All opened items, with the exception of software, that are not defective are subject to a %15 restocking fee. Opened software products are not eligible for a refund. All items that are said to be defective are subject to inspection to ensure the product is bad. Any monies returned will be done so in the same manner it was received. If payment was made by check a refund will be issued after a 10 day period.
· Any items not normally stocked will be ordered when a deposit of at least half the purchase price is made. The balance is due when the item is picked up. Custom ordered items are YOURS and not available for return unless WebKraft approves the return. Any items returned must meet the above underlined standard and must be done with 30 days of purchase. All items in good working order that are approved for return are subject to a %15 restocking fee which will be subtracted from any money returned and will be in the form of in-store credit. Defective items may receive a refund if desired.
· A deposit of at least half the cost of any new system must be paid before any custom built system is assembled. The balance is due upon delivery. Any systems returned must meet the above underlined standard and must be done within 30 days of delivery. All systems returned in good working order are subject to a %15 restocking fee plus any labor charges incurred during the building process. Any remaining money will be returned as in-store credit. Defective systems may receive a refund if desired.
