In Store Repairs

My in store repairs are charged on an hourly rate. The bench fee is charged as a minimum for any repair work and is waived if we perform the repairs. All our technicians are A+ Certified

• We will troubleshoot your problem at an hourly rate of $60 per hour. There is a minimum bench fee* of $50.00. After the first hour out time is billed in 30 minute increments. If we work for 1 hour and 30 minutes you pay only that amount.
• We will install most components we sell except hard drives and motherboards for $25.
• Installation of components not purchased here will be billed on our normal hourly rate with a $50.00 minimum.
• We fix most systems within a day or two. When we are backed up we get you fixed and running again as soon as we can and business customers take priority.
• We stock a fair amount of parts and in most cases, we have the part you need to get you up and running again fast!

Hourly rates:

* The bench fee is a minimum charge for diagnosis and installation of parts not purchased at WebKraft. This fee is waived once the diagnosis is complete and we perform the repairs.
