On-Site Service

WebKraft offers on-site service during normal business hours and after hours by appointment. My business customers get priority when it comes to on-site service so that the impact caused by computer downtime is minimized. I cover a radius of 10 miles around Williston at no additional charge. When service takes me outside this area I charge my a $35 minimum trip fee  For general repair and troubleshooting my rates are below. These rates are during normal business hours. Emergency and after hours rates are higher.

Here at WebKraft we provide a wide variety of on-site services:

• Network installation and repair
• Firewall installation, repair, and monitoring
• Server setup and repair
• Workstation repairs or upgrades
• Internet installation and training
• Software training can be arranged through us or a sub-contractor that we can recommend.

Some of these services are offered at a higher price than the normal troubleshooting and repair rates listed above.

We maintain a fair amount of inventory at all times so the part you need is usually on hand!
